No. Most engagements start by running what you already have properly. Where we recommend a change, it is because a specific requirement is not being met, and the reasoning is written down before anything moves.

Yes. NDAs, service agreements, data processing agreements, security addenda, and questionnaires are a normal part of onboarding. If your vendor management process has unusual requirements, raise them on the first call. It is rarely a problem, and it is easier to confirm early than discover late.

Yes. Ongoing support engagements include an SLA tailored to your business needs and the agreed service model. Issues are prioritized according to business impact, with critical outages and security incidents receiving the highest-priority response. The SLA defines response and communication times, while resolution times may also depend on third-party providers. For project-based work, agreed scope, milestones, and delivery timelines apply instead.

Zen IT Technologies is based in Israel and works with companies internationally. The work is remote by design. Identity, endpoints, and cloud infrastructure are managed the same way regardless of where the office is, and on-site work is arranged where a network or hardware deployment requires it.

Either. Where a help desk already works well, Zen IT Technologies takes the architecture and security layer and leaves desk-side support in place. Where there is no provider, we cover the whole function. What we do not do is duplicate a working help desk.

There is a defined handover rather than a scramble. Zen IT Technologies transfers administrative access to named owners on your side, licenses and vendor relationships are reassigned rather than canceled, documentation and runbooks are walked through with whoever is taking over rather than emailed, and we stay reachable afterwards for the questions that only surface once someone is actually running it. Nothing is held back if you decide to move on.
